Spain Won’t Be Rescued by EU, Minister De Guindos Says

We've heard this story before.  I think a Sun Tzu quote sums it up best, "Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak."  There would be no need for such remarks if the economy wasn't already cracking.

Spain Won’t Be Rescued by EU, Minister De Guindos Says

     July 23 (Bloomberg) -- Spain won’t be rescued by the EU as the country doesn’t have the same problems that the bailed-out euro members have, Economy Minister Luis de Guindos says.
